Goals
The goal of each Certificate Program (CP) is to provide a supportive
learning environment for new managers, senior managers and administrators
with a specific focus on various experience levels. By attending
the appropriate CP for your experience, you will be able to advance
your skills and knowledge base. Specifically, the CP will
strengthen your competencies to position your organization
for success and help you integrate the complexities of
quality, compliance, financial, and strategic performance.
Content
The Manager level certificate program goes over the basics of leadership,
marketing, compliance, regulatory, budgeting and human resources.
Each of the Administrator level program is a three module curriculum,
with interactive discussions, didactic presentations, and reality-based
case studies. Each participant receives a comprehensive manual
that is a must-have resource for years to come.
Module I focuses on leading
a strategically
positioned organization.
Module II focuses
on financial management
principals and information.
Module III
focuses on integrating quality and
compliance management.
Each attendee
received a certificate of Completion and Continuing Education Units.
Currently, the intermediate level and advance level courses includes
a pre-test taken prior to the course,
and a post-test taken at the end of day three. The post-test
requires at least an 80% pass rate to receive an Administrator
Certificate of Completion. All participants will receive up to 20
CEUs for full attendance.
Administrator
Certificates of Completion are framed
and mailed upon successful completion of the post-test.
