have teamed up to offer two unique programs to prepare you in becoming
a hospice or home care certified executive.
Continuing education programs
developed especially for leaders in the home care industry are an essential
professional development investment for both individuals and the organizations
they represent. CAHSAH, a leader in advanced continuing education specifically

to offer the Hospice Administrator Certificate Program (HACP) and the
Advanced Hospice Administrator Certificate Program (AHACP).

modifying essential elements. Identify tools necessary to
manage financial performance such as key reports, appropriate
budgeting, and monitoring financial operations.

elements of financial management-not just what to do, but
how to conduct a financial gap analysis, how to analyze the
financial risk and benefits of a particular strategy, and
most importantly, how to determine key indicators to a 'go-no
go' decision.

Focus on compliance
risk and understanding the elements of quality driven organizations.
Instruction in key elements of corporate compliance to align
strategic, financial and performance improvement goals.

Advanced legal
discussion addressing length of stay issues, inpatient level
of care, cap issues, corporate transactions and the role of
your governing body and audit committee. Focus on improving
compliance and avoiding fraud and abuse.
