Program Goals

The goal of each Certificate Program is to provide a supportive learning environment for new managers, senior managers and administrators with a specific focus on various experience levels. By attending the appropriate Certificate Program for your experience, you will be able to advance your skills and knowledge base. Specifically, the Certificate Program will strengthen your competencies to position your organization for success and help you integrate the complexities of quality, compliance, financial, and strategic performance.

Program Content

Each Certificate Program is a three module, three day curriculum, with interactive discussions, didactic presentations, and, for the administrator level courses, reality-based case studies. Additional content information for each program can be found under the designated program link. Each participant receives a comprehensive manual that is a must-have resource for years to come.

Module I focuses on leading a strategically positioned organization.
Module II focuses on financial management principals and information.
Module III focuses on integrating quality and compliance management.

Continuing Education Units
Each attendee receives up to 21 Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) and a Certificate of Attendance at the completion of the program. Partial attendance certificates or partial CEU’s are not available.
