With nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare, I bring a dual perspective as a licensed Physical Therapist and healthcare entrepreneur focused on strengthening the home health ecosystem. I have co-founded and led multiple therapy operations across Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Clinics, Assisted Living, Home Health, and Telehealth, with a consistent focus on improving access, efficiency, and outcomes.
My work today is centered on Home Health Links (HHL)—a marketplace designed to solve one of home health’s most persistent challenges: timely, reliable access to Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy. The HHL platform uses algorithm-based matching to connect referrals with available, credentialed therapists in the local service area, significantly reducing staffing turnaround time while improving visit timeliness and continuity of care. By streamlining the referral-to-staffing process, HHL helps agencies manage capacity constraints without compromising quality or compliance.
Having worked closely with physician groups, hospitals, IPAs, and Utilization Management teams, I understand the operational pressures facing home health agencies—from staffing shortages and visit timeliness to utilization oversight, documentation integrity, and cost containment. I have also navigated legislative and regulatory landscapes, including parity laws and state and federal compliance requirements, giving me a practical, on-the-ground understanding of what agencies need to stay both compliant and competitive.
What I bring to CAHSAH is a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach that blends clinical credibility with operational realism. I am deeply committed to advancing scalable, patient-centered models that support agencies, empower clinicians, and ensure patients receive the therapy services they need—when and where they need them most.
