Individual Affiliate Member – Annual Dues: $750

Includes access for one individual only.

• Suppliers: Sole‑operator businesses providing products or services to the home care industry.
• Associates: Individual representatives of home care providers located outside California.

Company Affiliate Member – Annual Dues: $1,500

All company employees receive member benefits.

• Suppliers: Businesses with multiple employees providing products or services to the home care industry.
