SESSION OVERVIEW
Description
Education and competency are essential to maintaining regulatory compliance. This webinar reviews orientation requirements for hospice management personnel and annual education expectations for leadership. Participants will learn strategies for developing effective education programs that promote compliance, leadership development, and organizational accountability.

- Describe required orientation components for hospice management personnel.
- Identify annual education requirements under the emergency regulations.
- Develop an education plan that supports ongoing compliance.
- Evaluate methods for documenting staff education and competency.
