SESSION OVERVIEW
Description
Compliant documentation systems and administrative infrastructure are essential components of hospice operations. This session explores requirements related to clinical records, electronic health records, personnel files, and office space. Participants will gain practical guidance for organizing documentation systems that support both patient care and regulatory readiness.

- Identify regulatory expectations for electronic health record systems.
