Casey Rausin is a care management consultant, entrepreneur, and industry leader with more than 13 years of experience integrating care management into home care operations. As an operator of a successful integrated agency in Tennessee, she helped develop innovative models that bridge the gap between clinical oversight, aging life care, and non-medical home care to improve outcomes for older adults and their families.
Today, Casey serves as VP of Strategic Partnerships at HomeCare Sales, where she collaborates with home care CEOs and leadership teams across the country on growth strategy, business development, and sustainable partnership initiatives. In addition to her leadership role, she works with agencies to implement scalable care management programs, strengthen operational systems, and elevate client experience.
