The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) has released proposed emergency hospice regulations that could significantly impact hospice operations, compliance requirements, program integrity standards, ownership disclosures, personnel qualifications, and ongoing regulatory oversight.
Join CAHSAH for this members-only Town Hall as we review the proposed regulations, discuss key provisions, and identify potential operational, clinical, and administrative implications for hospice providers.
