DHCS Listening Session: Private Duty Nursing Rate Increase

This CAHSAH hosted listening session will give DHCS an opportunity to hear provider recommendations as it plans implementation of the PDN payment increase targeted for January 1, 2027. Provider participation is important to help ensure the Department’s approach addresses staffing, patient access, reimbursement, and operational needs. 

Providers are encouraged to come prepared to share practical recommendations and examples of how reimbursement affects your agency’s ability to deliver PDN services. Your experience can help inform implementation that supports providers and the medically fragile children and adults who depend on care at home.
