Professional Bio
Amy Selle brings more than 20 years of experience in the home care industry to her role as Founding Growth Architect at The Home Care CPAs. She joined the firm in 2025 with a clear sense of purpose: connecting home care agency owners with the financial expertise they need to run stronger, more sustainable businesses.
Her career spans both sides of the industry. Amy spent years in provider-side roles in hospital marketing, continuing care retirement communities, skilled nursing facilities, and home care agencies before moving to the vendor side, where she served for more than a decade at corecubed, a marketing and advertising firm dedicated exclusively to the home care industry. That combination of provider and vendor experience gives her a rare depth of understanding of how agency owners think, what keeps them up at night, and what they actually need to grow.
At The Home Care CPAs, Amy leads sales, marketing, and partner development, working to build relationships across the home care community and expand access to financial clarity that helps owners move from busy to genuinely profitable. She also serves on the CAHSAH Affiliate Advisory Committee.
