Happily employed at Continuity Care Home Nurses & Staffing Services both of which I own - CCHN built from scratch in 1991 after gaining a vast experience in nursing and supervision at other agencies from 1987-1991. After receiving the state license we had our first patient in 1991 who had AIDS and required very high tech nursing skills. I continued to build CCHN and started providing care to “private duty” home care cases referred from various hospitals, MDs, case managers. I built this business by providing good care and doing everything possible to keep the patient and employees happy. We built our referral sources one patient at a time. My business is very patient care oriented and nurse oriented.
We believe in the "continuity of care" philosophy of patient care where we staff patients with the "same clinical staff" .We are not Medicare or Medical Certified and have mainly “private duty” licensed home care. We provide health benefits and a 401K (with matching) to our field staff most of which are working full time with us. We have openings for RNs, LVNs & CNAs to provide private duty home care in Los Angeles County and occasional outlying areas. Each person hired is seen “in person” for a written competency test and interview. We are open 7AM to 7PM Monday to Friday with 24/7 On Call. In 2000 started Continuity Care Staffing Services, Inc. For Non-Medical care (Caregivers, C.N.A.s, Babysitting). Licensed in 2016 once licensing started in the state of California. All caregivers are registered with the state of CA (fingerprints).
