Vicki Goodman, RN, BSN, MHA

Healthcare commercial leader with a clinical background (RN, BSN, MHA) and extensive experience in hospice, home health, palliative care, and SNF settings. My career has focused on building and scaling revenue teams and go-to-market strategies for early-stage and growing healthcare technology organizations, particularly in post-acute care SaaS.

I bring a strong understanding of the clinical environment as well as the operational and financial pressures facing hospice providers, shaped by direct experience working alongside clinicians, administrators, and executives. This perspective has helped me support the launch and growth of multiple SaaS platforms and consistently improve performance in new and underdeveloped markets.

Most recently, my work has centered on the intersection of healthcare and AI at Curantis Solutions, where I’ve supported the development of hospice-focused AI use cases, helped establish early AI partnerships, and contributed to internal governance and responsible deployment frameworks.

I’m especially interested in advancing thoughtful innovation in hospice care—where clinical expertise, technology, and compassionate care intersect.
