Cornerstone Caregiving is a premier, boutique in-home care agency dedicated to helping seniors and elderly individuals live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own homes. Serving the Encinitas and greater North County San Diego communities, our agency was founded on the belief that home care should be compassionate, highly personalized, and centered around the unique needs of every family we serve.
Our Services
We offer a comprehensive range of non-medical in-home care services tailored to individual needs, with no minimum hour requirements and no long-term contracts. Our core offerings include:
Personal Care: Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
Daily Living Assistance: Meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and laundry.
Specialized Care: Expert support for individuals with Alzheimer’s and dementia (including our specialized Dementia GUIDE Program), Parkinson's disease, and stroke recovery.
Hospital-to-Home Transition: Easy Discharge Home Care packages designed to ensure safe and successful recoveries following a hospital or rehab stay.
Companionship & Respite Care: Meaningful 1-on-1 social interaction for seniors and vital relief for family caregivers.
Veteran Care: Proudly serving veterans through VA-funded programs (H/HA, Respite, and Companionship).
