2025 CAHSAH Annual Conference & Expo Wrap-Up

CAHSAH held a very successful and well-attended Annual Conference & Expo in May at the beautiful Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa in Rancho Mirage, CA.   

The conference kicked off with a hospitality suite on Monday evening hosted by CAHSAH and HealthCare Synergy.  This began three days of education, networking, and friendship.  Tuesday morning began with the first of three Industry Forum Breakfast and our first day keynote address from Dr. Steven Landers of the National Alliance for Care at Home.  We then had a morning full of extraordinarily instructive breakout sessions.  The Annual Business Meeting and Awards Luncheon followed where CAHSAH leaders presented the association's latest Annual Report and recognized outstanding individuals (listed below) who contribute so much to our industry.  

That led to an afternoon of breakout sessions followed by our Tuesday evening Expo Grand Opening reception. 

Wednesday began with our second Industry Forum Breakfast and Keynote Session featuring a keynote address by Patrick Riecke of Parkview Health.  Another morning of excellent breakout sessions was followed by our Expo Strolling Lunch that provided attendees and others with an opportunity to interact with our terrific exhibitors and learn about their products and businesses. The afternoon program consisted of a full schedule of more great breakout sessions followed by the highly successful and fun PAC Event which raised funds for CAHSAH’s important political action committee.  CAHSAH is sincerely grateful to those agencies and individuals who sponsored and attended the PAC event.  

We ended our time together in Rancho Mirage on Thursday morning with our third Industry Forum Breakfasts, and Keynote Session featuring a highly informative keynote address Dan Irvin, of Dan Irvin Training Co. and one more full morning of final breakout sessions before heading home to our families and businesses with so much new information, so many new friends, and so many new relationships with conference sponsors and exhibitors that provide our industry with the important products and services that will help us all thrive.

This award honors an individual who consistently demonstrates the leadership skills and the abilities necessary to maximize staff performance and productivity.

Home Care Service Award 

Blanca Gandarilla, Caregiver, Continuity Care Staffing Services, Inc., North Hollywood, CA

This award honors a direct provider of clinical or supportive service to patients, and demonstrates a consistent and long-standing commitment to home care patients.
