CAHSAH Membership Dues Announcement

Posted By: Tricia Smith Bulletin,

Dear Valued CAHSAH Members,

Over the past several years, many of you have shared thoughtful feedback regarding CAHSAH’s membership dues structure. Your input is deeply appreciated. In response, the Board of Directors has undertaken a comprehensive six‑month review to modernize our dues model so it better reflects the structure of associations similar in type and size, and aligns more closely with our national partners.

Beginning April 1, 2026, CAHSAH will launch a new membership dues structure.
All members renewing on or after this date will transition to the updated model. While many members will see reduced dues, others may experience an increase depending on provider section type. Both provider and affiliate members will see adjustments. Our goal is to ensure a fair, transparent, and sustainable structure that supports the full spectrum of home care throughout California.

At CAHSAH, we value every member and the vital role you play in home-based care. Our work continues to focus on enhancing the benefits and strategic value of membership. Including advancing advocacy, strengthening compliance and operational support, expanding education and workforce solutions, and uniting providers statewide.

Guided by our core values of Leadership, Innovation, Fun, and Teamwork (LIFT); we remain committed to delivering meaningful and forward‑looking resources that help your organization lead with strength, innovate with confidence, protect your operations, and shape the future of home care.

We also recognize the unique needs of each provider type. Whether you are a licensed home care organization, a home health agency, a Medicare-certified provider, or part of the hospice and palliative care community, CAHSAH continues to tailor value and support to the realities of your work and the patients and families you serve.

You can view the full details of the new dues structure on our website here: CLICK HERE. In the coming weeks, our team will personally reach out to members to discuss how these changes apply to your organization. Additionally, all providers will receive an email requesting updated organizational information so we can ensure we are serving you as effectively as possible. Your timely response is essential to help us verify that our records are accurate and current. We kindly ask that you complete and return this information as soon as possible.

As a CAHSAH member, your investment fuels advocacy influence, your engagement shapes policy, and your participation strengthens the collective voice of home care in California. We are strongest when we stand together.  Remember, CAHSAH is Your Voice, Your Network, and Your Strategic Advantage.
