Featured Keynote Speakers

As CAHSAH celebrates 60 years of leadership, advocacy, and innovation, our keynote series brings together some of the most influential voices shaping the future of care at home.

This is not a year for business as usual.

Providers across home care, home health, and hospice are navigating unprecedented challenges - from federal moratoriums and payment suspensions to workforce shortages, financial pressures, increased regulatory scrutiny, payment reform, and a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. The organizations that thrive will be led by individuals who are willing to think differently, adapt quickly, and lead with purpose.

Each keynote session has been carefully selected to help attendees do exactly that.

From unlocking innovation within your organization, to understanding the national policy forces shaping our future, to learning timeless leadership lessons from one of the most respected voices in home-based care, these sessions will challenge assumptions, inspire action, and equip leaders with practical insights they can immediately apply.

Whether you are an executive, clinical leader, administrator, owner, manager, or emerging professional, these keynote presentations will provide the perspective, motivation, and strategic thinking needed to navigate what comes next.

Join us each morning as we celebrate where we've been, confront where we are, and explore what's next for home-based care.
